June L. Pellegrino

Associate Lawyer

June has focused her practice on the family and the needs of family members. She is known as a divorce lawyer among lawyers outside of the firm, but that only begins to describe and define who she is and what she does.

During her first two years as a lawyer she gained extensive court room experience establishing and enforcing child support orders. Her practice continues to be concentrated in cases involving issues such as divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence.

But during her eighteen years of practice she has broadened her interests and concept of serving family needs.

She has drafted agreements for people prior to their getting married to help them avoid the stress and difficulty that can occur if a marriage fails. She also drafts agreements for clients entering into second marriages to help them keep assets separate for estate planning and other goals. She drafts wills and trust agreements to accomplish the estate planning wishes of clients of the office, including meeting the needs of special needs children and other clients.

She helps form business organizations for founders of local businesses and drafts business documents among owners of businesses with an eye to avoiding disputes that might later occur without such agreements, especially in the context of family and closely held partnership or businesses.
