My first office in Flemington was a modest start, a one man office on the way to building a professional career that I am very proud of. At one point I had six lawyers on my payroll and a support staff of a dozen. Over time I launched more than a dozen new lawyers on their careers in New Jersey. We occupied twelve rooms at 8 Main Street, a building I bought and developed into what it is today.
I reduced the size of my staff by half, sold 8 Main Street, and moved to 91 Main , where I am today. I achieved the goal of spending less time managing and more actually practicing law. With the help of technology I have now accomplished the ultimate reduction becoming a one-man office again. My clients deal with me and only with me. They get my full attention.
